We continue to receive a stream of contact from clients of other firms where, having transferred their BSPS funds, they have received very little or no ongoing service from their adviser.  We pride ourselves on our service levels, and have conducted initial post transfer reviews with all clients affected, and in many instances have also carried out a further review meeting as part of service agreement.
